Sorry I didn't see this before. Is the moss just growing on the substrate? What size substrate? Or is it on low rocks or wood?

If the moss has only been in the tank for 4-8 weeks, it may not be well attached & corys could definately knock it loose...especially if food falls in/on it. I don't think I've kept coral moss...

Depends how much roots there is my corydoryas can uproot some stuff but I don’t care because if it doesn’t have big roots it shouldn’t be in substrate necessarily

If it’s like a rooted carpet there’s no way they will pull it out but honestly corydoryas aren’t cool in carpet tanks they do best in open sand or leaf litter. They also will kick up nutrient substrate

my small corey species dont affect my carpet but they are like an 8th the size of s fully grown bronze.

My corys are that size, pretty small but will get bigger :D
dont think they will dig around if the carpet is thick enough so you should be fine i had the carpet well established before adding mine and they only search for food on plant leaves and not really the carpet.
