that "thing" lol is absolutely awesome!

thanks. if anyone could help in identifying it that would be awesome. and also are they supposed to eat everyday? because so far ive fed it a krill a day and today i wasnt going to feed it but the tentacles were looking deflated and so i fed it and now it looks perfect.

i think it may be an atlantic carpet anemone. ive heard they can consume almost all fish it comes in contact with. even clowns.

it looked really bloated when i first put it in and it has stayed the same colour since i saw it in my buddys tank. the first pic is fromt the first day i got it. i just thought it looked cool with the ocellaris in the back.

no the clown died the second night i had it. the night it died it went all pale in colour and it seemed to have a cut on its face. i have it under 70 watts flourescent lighting. i no it doesnt seem like much but im upgrading as ssoon as i get some money together. i heard that since anemones are half photosynthetic and half carnivorous, if an insuffiscent amount of light is available to produce the algae it needs, it will still survive. just not flourish and look as good.

def need to figure out exactly what anemone that is so you can get fish etc that are compatible
