I doubt you have parasites or at least I doubt that that's your original problem. They sold you something that you probably don't need but can't hurt at this point. If the water sample was from a tank that is not cycled and wasn't taken right after a large water change it would have shown ammonia. If it was taken right after a water change it is a useless sample. You really should get that tank cycled before you think about doing anything else. Large daily water changes until the ammonia level starts going down.

The water sample I why I changed 50% of the water. I took in the sample and levels were a little high for ammonia, she said that was normal for a month old tank. I only spent 5.99 on the parasite medicine. The ammonia levels sky rocked over night but we're none existent when I lost my two fish. Now the new sick fish's fin is back to normal. Two of them started the clear poops, which is what I read and was told is a sing of parasites. I just want healthy fish.

Maybe we should start from scratch here. Your tank is not cycled. No matter what else you do you need to keep changing large amounts of water every day until it is. I'm guessing you have a hang on back (HOB) filter? If you have room in it to put some extra sponge it will give you a little more area to grow good bacteria. The most important thing you can do is get that tank cycled. Don't rinse the filter pad/cartridge/extra sponge with tap water.
