I'm TIRED OF YOU SCREWING UP MY ORDER

It's not rocket surgery. I had enough, and I sent them my constructive (probably rude) criticism.

I've created a picture to sum up my displeasure. I'm not really concerned with a response since this is the 3rd time I've experienced a similar issue. I don't plan on returning so damage control should not be a priority. There is a Pizza Hut right down the street.

Wait, I don't get it. What did they mess up on? Were they incorrectly prepping your chicken tenders? I think a email/letter is definitely the way to go. Did you express your concerns after the 1st mistake? 2nd mistake? If not, I would give them another chance. I love Pizza Hut too but their crust is a bit too greasy and thus, Papa Johns has been my pick for pizza as of late. Otherwise, if you are set on taking your business elsewhere, Pizza Hut does taste great. ;)

Ah, I see. Is it because you ordered them Buffalo style? Did you specify what kind of buffalo? Buffalo hot? Buffalo mild?

P.S. I think the picture is adorable! :) Great job editing and expressing your displeasure.

No need to over complicate it:)

I'm typically patient. I'll give a couple of chances, but if the person behind the screen can't comprehend what I order (after 1, 2 or 3 chances) it's time for them (or the company) to **** off.

I've worked fast food....it's brainless....no excuse for screwing it up IMO.

Awww....well I'm sorry that they messed up your buffalo chicken fingers so many times. :( I've never (and don't plan to) work fast-food but I have noticed that sometimes there is a language barrier; that could've been the problem.

On the flip-side though, I'm sure Pizza Hut will be glad to have your business. I actually prefer Pizza Hut but have been choosing Papa's as a healthier option (if that's even possible :D).

No language barrier here, I ordered online and this area is basically bleached LOL

It's not that it's really that big of a deal, I'm just being a smart *** more than anything:)

We tried Papa John's once and the pizza was soooo bad it made Domino's look good. We live where most people eat hand made pizza so to eat a pizza with a machine made crust is almost unheard of anyway.
