I got a Mini-Bow 2.5 for X-mas, and I replaced the Whisper filter with a Red Sea Nano. looks better and takes up a lot less room. I have a betta and had 4 ghost shrimp( I can only find 3, I think the betta had one for dinner!).

I have a Mini-Bow 2.5 as well that is doing well with one betta and an ADF. I have had problems with the Whisper filter that came with it being noisy and also stopping once in a while. I have been considering the Red Sea Nano as a replacement filter but was not sure if it would work with the hood opening. Any fit issues with the hood opening and the Red Sea Nano filter? How about sound? Is it quiter than the original whisper? Thanks.

Can you comment on my post above? Do you find the Red Sea Nano quieter than the Whisper filter? Any issues with fit?
