DIY Overflow

Has anyone on this site made an overflow for a fuge or sump? I am thinking about making one....any suggestions would be appreciated

I just went to reef central and saw the best overflow idea ever. They have been around for years and only take about $20 to build.

the cichlid idea is way too complicated.....check out the one on reef central in the DIY section

I was going to post this myself but, you beat me to it

Has anyone seen the PVC pipe overflow? I was thinking about buliding one. Any ideas?

er, the only things I see there are the durso and stockman standpipes.

glueing pvc pipes is much easier than working with and drilling acrylic......

Except that neither the durso nor the stockman are overflows. They are devices that work inside or with existing overflows to quiet them.
