Yeah, I totally understand them - and you did warn me. But, I'm going to modify the design a good amount just to be safe...

More baffles, different shape possibly, but I'm sure they didn't patent water spraying into water... If they did, I'm going to patent water being sprayed into the air... then nobody can do that anymore.

the injector was the only part they did patent. Your free to copy the rest of the design. You cant patent something if its already in existance, so no patenting of spraying water into the air.

By the way, the EV series is hands down better than the Remora/Urchin. If I were going to create a skimmer based on 1 of these designs, it would be the EV series.
