Jay the best way to look at it is, simply no. Ya some might eat it but is it really healthy for them, I doubt it. If you or any other person is simply asking to ask then that is fine but if your asking as so you may get a fish that does so you won't have to take care of your tank then please move along. Common sense will tell you that you should not be feeding fish with poop.

so when i change like 30 percent of my water do i have to put that chemical stuff in that makes tap water be good water for fish.

Sandy, not everyone has City water. There are still many areas that have well water.

well if you keep a heavily planted tank with snails and shrimp. There is really no need to vac. All the large wastes will be broken down by shrimps/snail into smaller pieces and used as fertilzers for the plants.

I have never vacced my tank while doing water changes, and everything is clear/healthy.

Again keyword is heavily planted.
