Just bought a Blue Tang from Petco that was one of the best looking Tangs I have ever seen. Come home and within 3-5 days I diagnosed him with ICH! So I would say try to buy from local fish suppliers. Wherever you may buy fish is okay... Always try to have a QT tank set up for your new fishes. Just to be safe.
