Like the title says, im just wondering. I drive a manual myself, and Im never going back to an automatic.
Do you have a manual or Automatic transmission.

You forgot the option of "both". I mostly drove automatic, but with gas prices being so SKY HIGH, I have switched to driving a much smaller, light weight car and it is a manual. Gets way better gas milage than my Ram.
I used to drive a manual untill i got t-boned last week ( a little ironic considering my nickname lol)
my car is automatic, bicycle is manual. 
at the time of purchase neither I or my wife had driven a car in a year or two and with the snow on the ground didnt want to try to learn/relearn both.

Drove automatic at first. Then the transmission died, so i did a manual transmission conversion and drove it as a 5-speed up until last week when the car suffered an engine fire. So now I'm driving automatic again in my dad's truck until Friday when I pick up my 98 Trans Am WS6. Then it's back to manual, but with 6 gears this time.

Same thing for me Joe...I left out a part though :sim: but yeah, my Honda Rebel is a 5-speed and I know how to drive manual, but I don't see me every buying one unless its a steal.
Sore subject I just spent $1800 to have a transmission rebuilt that was rebuilt only 11 months before that. My bicycle is a 15 speed though.
