Does anybody eat their fish's food?

yeah, I actually thought it was funny. We've been getting off subject quite a bit in here, the subject is if we eat fish food, and it should be kept like that.

My vet husband likes to try out new cat food & medicine before recommending them to clients, especially the 'all natural' cat food. He likes to say, "Oh, your cat will like it. It tastes just like banana, or tuna or bubble gum" or "This is all natural and it tastes great, I can snack on it". Yes, everybody makes fun of him. He just shrugs and goes on his merry way. :)

I think the dried brine shrimp smells good. It tempts me but I ain't brave enuff to try it. ;)

Watermelon no one made any personal attacks as far as I can tell this was a lighthearted thread untill you made an attack. Have a sense of humor and cill out. If anyone is acting like a troll its the person doing all the yelling. What did you think everyone would just be like oh yea I tried it? If you only want to here one answer to a question then only ask yourself.

I couldn't finish reading this thread after reading this. Um, fishfreak21, you are my first "favorite read on a forum" for quite some time (measured in years).

So how is everyone feeling? Alive? Kinda deteriorated?

Why would you want to eat fish food? :thud:
I would think it would tast nasty.

OK, The smell makes me gag, and this thread is making me laugh. LOL Never "on purpose" have I eaten it. Cat or dog food either. (Although when my oldest was 2 we had to hide the cat and dog food or we'd find her munching away on it. hehe) I have tried the Omelene we fed the horse. Oats covered in Molasses. Good stuff.

In a way I've eaten my fish's food...I sauteed some garlic shrimp one night, and thought Mr.Bubbles might like some, so I washed off the garlic and gave him a piece. He gobbled it up and then swam really fast for a while.

everytime i smell the dried brine shrimp i want to throw up

I'm waiting for the day we throw a party and someone mistakes the frozen food cubes in my frezer for fancy icecubes...mmm...brine shrimp, bloodworms, krill, blackworms and Daphina, yum!
