I think the big issue with the poster is too much light.
As is the case, then balancing that is a PITA, start with light, chose less, not more.
If you need more growth?
Add CO2 next.
Then some ferts.
If that level/rate of growth is too little for you and you are a master scaper/grower.........then consider more light.
Otherwise you are simply wasting energy and having a tank that's less likely to be the goal you wanted when you started.
The balance is all about the light.
The top folks all say this, but hobbyists often no listen:wall:
