Hi,
Last night I picked up a nice piece of driftwood at the LFS. It was cool because the large pieces were cheaper than the medium size! Anyway, I have a 40 W bulb over my 55 gallon tank. I am thinking of adding few java fern plants, java moss and/or anubias to the tank.
But the piece of driftwood looks cool and I am slightly afraid that if plants overgrew it, it wouldn't look so cool.
Has anyone else found that to be true, or do most of you think the plants make the wood look better?
Would these plants grow too slowly for this to be a problem? Or should I just get a few small ugly pieces and add the plants to them?
Thanks.
nate
