Dwarf Gourami BIG TROUBLES

I think you've done your best by him and given him every chance. It looks to me like its time to live up to the last responsibility to a pet and give him a good end :( sorry
 
Is He hurting????!?!? If hes not i wont put him down. i refuse to kill any fish. The lil guy still notcies when i get close to the tank and like always trys to make his way towards the front to acknowledge me.
 
This is Hank..
It seems that he was suffering of the same thing. It lasted about a week and a half before he died. We had a Pearl Gourami in the tank picking on him every once in awhile, it was almost though he lost the will to live. So after thinking of every possibility, we came to that conclusion....

I hope he pulls through this.

It appears he is eating the peas. I dropped 3 in before i went to work today, there was 2 when i came home.
 
Electromen, I had the same thing happen to my Sullivan, who looked alot like Hank. I put him in qt to protect him - he used to be the alpha fish in the tank, and just seemed to lose the will to live. The others then started to pick on him. After about 10 days, he seemed to be suffering, so last Sunday I put him out of his misery. GMan, I hope yours gets better - it seems positive that he is still trying to swim and eat. Fingers are crossed!
 
How is he doing?
 
Well, hes still alive and kicking, hes now made his way to the top of the tank rather than the bottom.

Wierd huh? It was so frustrating to watch. There was nothing I could do to nurse him back to health. Pretty fish though.

ImAGMan - Looks like he's improving.
 
I saw him POOP!!! First time i seen him actually go in a LONG time. Yesterday he took a little swim around the tank, seems to have regained A BIT of stability. However he still lays sideways on top of the tank, every few hours taking a dive down below and swimming a bit
