I think rainbows need more swimming space IMO, so cut them out the stocking only because they need more room. Secondly, I know you aren't getting sparkling gourami's but just in case you get them for another tank, they like to be in groups 4 or more and they would be happy.

you could stick some endlers in with the cories.

I kept only two together and they seemed fine...they are a bit shy at first but in a nicely planted tank, especially with some floaters, they will be more visible up front.

ill just stick with the shrimp and corys at first and then work from there. im gonna go ahead and get the ghost shrimp today since i have to go get some fruit flys for my new frogs anyway.
