Whats the easiest way to do water changes? I have Python No Spill Clean 'N Fill siphon. Would it be adequate to use this to fill while putting some water conditioner to remove chlorine? Would in neutralize the chlorine instantly?

What about "aging" water? The idea of lugging a bunch of buckets seems very difficult. What’s the easiest way?

Use the python to gravel vac and remove water and then use it to refill the tank. I don't know what water conditioner you are using, but most can be added directly to the tank and instantly work. I add enough to treat the entire tank then replace the water I removed.

on a related note....what would be a good method for placing water back into the tank?

I normally just pour the water from the jugs which really churns things up.

PRETTY MUCH!

I know it seems weird when you are standing there watching the tank fill with water & knowing that you only put a few drops in the tank to kill the chloramine,....BUT IT WORKS INSTANTLY!!

No offense meant here, but lovejonesx...could you just use the normal typeface and font size?

Same as answer #1 - PYTHON. Dose the tank volume with Prime when you start to refill the tank.

Python and water conditioner! Adjust water temp right at the tap with an aquarium thermometer to be sure it's the same, and I always have the refilling water go in hitting the side of the tank to help de-gas. I have 3 tanks, one on each floor of the house. Best invention ever, never want to go back to the days of the "bucket brigade" !!
