^ What do you mean by modded it? Also, do they come with the same computer type controller that the vortech comes with or do you have to buy a separate controller?

Basically, the Tunze Streams feature a front volute that acts both as the site for suction and output. When I modded mine, I basically cut some of the strips of plastic that act as the filter grating (since what limits the flow on these pumps is the amount of water reaching the propeller). I also cut down the effluent nozzle to spread the flow out. Works great on my 40 BR. Pretty much . The last few sizes are a different pump, though. I am extremely impressed with what a simple modification did for mine. It simulates a wave moving across the tank and is as wide as an 18" tank about 6 inches from the outlet.

So I just got the pump today, except I'm super ill with a bad flu. Everything looks good so far...I'm just trying to figure out how you are supposed mount the wave driver. I'm not going to be hooking it up until I feel better...but let me know what you guys want to see pictures of and stuff by then.
