Every so often I come home to find a fallen powerhead which depending on the fall has in worse scenerio caused white out conditions from stirring up the substrate, I have learned to weight the powercord allowing mostly a change in flow and much less trauma to the tanks comunity. I've tried changing all the suction cups as well as the cleaning glass surfaces and the cups prior to mounting but usually somewhere after 4-5 months the problem shows signs of reappearing, and if not delt with will usually fall once again. I really would like a permanant solution to this annoyance since it's gotten old long ago. Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.:dog:

Google "mag float bracket" or "DIY powerhead bracket" Lots of info out there to make them with mag floats just don't remember where.

YEP but those look much nicer and smaller than the mag float ones. You ever used them??? If so do they work well???

AAHHH TO BE IN THE US of A

Thanks I Know I have a sheet of plexi glass in the cellar so I'm trying the FYI method first. To go with the retail mag its like $90. for the multiple power heads, and thats alotta fish food, dog food, cat food, you get the point.
Thanks for your time and effort.
