I'll be buying a 90g in November and I'd like to go with a double filter set-up. The question is: do I install two filters at the normal 90g rate or two filters under that rate or 1 filter at the normal rate and 1 filter under that?
I'm installing for redundancy, not for addtional filtering.
Hrm, I think I confused myself
OKay, here's what I was thinking of buying (and yes, I want either Penguin or Emporer), which is better?:
1. 2 Emporer 400s (up to 80g each)
2. 2 Penguin 350B (up to 70g each)
3. 2 Penguin 200 (up to 50g each)
4. 2 Emporer 280 (up to 50g each)
Or a mix and match of something there? Perhaps 1 400 and 1 280?
I also have a HOT Magnum 250gph that I was considering hooking up as a redundancy and for water polishing. It's for up to 50g.
Suggestions?
