I know its hard to do but you might want turn down the lights in the tank to help them settle in a bit. Would do that for a couple of days. Should help with the temp too. Another thing I have found is that if you leave newly introduced fish alone they tend to come around a lot quicker. When you feed the tank, add a little food to the water and step away from the tank and let the fish come out. Mysis shrimp soaked in garlic xtreme (or something similar) is another good thing to do.
