I'm so excited! Today, I noticed 5 little babies in my hatchery! I currently have 6 clutches in there but I'm not sure if they are all fertile. I've had a female, a golden apple named Amigo (thought she was a boy) for about 6 months now and she had been laying clutches but none were fertile. I got another female, a blue named Vida, about 2 months ago and so far I think she's only laid 1 clutch which wasn't fertile. I introduced Nico, a dark striped purple, who I thought was a female but low and behond I caught him with both of my females on several occasions. Since I've added Nico I've gotten about 6 clutches but I don't know how many were laid before he made his move at my girls. I know at least 3 are fertile so I can still expect quite a few lil babies I suppose
. The hatchery is a 10 gallon with nothing in it except a bit of hornwort. I have a few questions though. I want them to grow up healthy so is there anything special I need to do? I'm feeding them snail jello with extra calcium but I don't know if that is good enough. Any help would be greatly appriciated!!
