Keeping the thread alive, haha.
Thought I'd show an update on the breeding projects. Added a few new things, etc.
The Cherry Shrimp breeding project is going amazingly well. Started with about a dozen, now have around three-dozen. I added some duckweed and a piece of driftwood to the tank also, along with a few snails.

Hoping to add a background to it, and spiff it up a bit more. I did see that two females were holding eggs today, and got the chance to get one in a breeder box to get a better shot.
The Kribs laid more eggs not too soon after they ate their first batch, and they hatched out. There are now more than two-dozen, but I'm not positive. They wont stay still to be counted, lol.
The Yellow Lab fry and Albino fry are getting bigger every day. Should have 12 Albino and about 16 Yellow Labs, I hope. I will have to move them into a larger tank soon.
And just recently, I got the chance to watch my Hybrid African Cichlid (Yellow lab x Red Zebra) spawn with a Red Top Hongi Cichlid.

Manage to strip three of the little guys from the mouth of the female Hongi Cichlid, and was glad to see that the eggs were fertile. Left the rest with her for now, seems how she probably would have a better chance raising them than I, lol. Once the three I have get larger, I'll know when to get the rest from her.

It is the end of day two, and the three fry are still alive, so hopefully they stay that way. Interested in how they turn out.
Red Hongi Labs.

And finally, the German Blue Ram breeding project. No eggs yet, but the female looks fat and ready to spawn. Added a live plant to the tank to spiff it up a bit. Hoping to have eggs by tomorrow, but that is up to them, not me, lol.
