thank you for your time tommy root!

I don't think you can put more than 1 angel in a tank.

nope, they will fight.

Edit: but it appears he knows that..

You can't mix angels from the same genus. But you can mix the dwarf (centropyge) angels with the larger angels, like pomacanthus, etc.

Have you decided whether you want to keep coral/invertibrates in this tank, or just go for a FOWLR setup? If you're going reef, that will narrow down the list quite a bit, as you've listed many species that are not reef-safe.

I know a few people who have two pygmy angels together. I think their tank might be a 125g though, I'm not sure.

I just got a Midas Blenny and he is amazing. I have a thread with a video of him, go take a look I think for sure you will want one, they are too cool. http://www.aquariacentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=139577

I also have a yellow watchman goby, he has the funniest face ever, very grumpy looking. He just hides in a little cave most of the time, pokes his head out when he is hungry.

The green mandarin needs an established set up because they eat.. polyps? I think so you need to have a big population of them...

I think I've read that blue hippo tangs are difficult for first timer sw tanks but I'm not positive.

Thats all I really know but it gets you started sort of!

In addition to the reef safe problems and angel problems listed some things to be cautious about are:
-pair of maroon clowns will probably have to be purchased as a mated pair, they are very territorial and just putting two together will often just result in fighting
-Like angels, similar Tangs can be difficult to keep together in reef tanks, so the clown and blue hippo tangs may have problems
-sand flounder, not sure exactly what species your refering to as ive heard several called the same but most reach a foot in length or more as adults, which probably wont have room to find a nice spot in the substrate in a 90g tank with 100lbs of live rock. Additionally some have been known to eat small fish on occasion

Ok, but generally speaking it isn't a good idea to mix angels from the same genus. There is a big difference in the footprint of a 125 vs. a 90. Not saying that it never works out, but I wouldn't say it's recommended.;)
