I have a Fluval 305 canister filter, which I'd thougth would be a good (and easy to use) canister filter. I'd like a bit of info if anyone has it...
1--Since I haven't seen anywhere else than Petsmart that carries it, I'm beginning to wonder if it is not a good brand?
2--I've watched the CD, I've looked around online... how am I supposed to know how much to put in the trays?
(what I have, and have had... in there.. is... ceramic rings in the lowest tier, Matrix stones for biofilter in the middle, and then water polishing pads in the top along with amonia remover)
Pretty much... ...I have the feeling that I'm doing this at least partly wrong... all the trays are filled completely.
