You would need to have the tank fully cycled and not reading ammonia or nitrites. Inverts are very sensitive to fluctuations of either ammonia or nitrite. Otherwise the params look good for neocaridina.

I owe our love of snails all to you! my kids love these brigs, now all we need is one of your blues, and a dark footed one to! we will be in heaven. Im setting another 20 gallon tank up this week just for the new ones :lol: man what an addiction, I took down several tanks and sold off some, now with my brigs I need to set up another. your new babies will go into that tank.

the only fry i should have is guppy and platy!!!!

They should be fine with small fry, though any fish will at least try to eat baby shrimp. Do you have any plants or anything in the tank for the shrimp to take refuge in?
 
im going to get some micro sword on friday and i have sevral other plants here including-java moss, hornwort, corkscrew vals, and a few anubias!!!


any thing you would recommend for plants?????

All of those sound perfect. The shrimp aren't particular, they just like to graze on the biofilm/infusoria and also the smaller ones will hide out (in mosses in particular) to avoid predation.
