And today after a long trim.. Trimmed all the stem plants and most of all mowed the lawn (PITA to collect all the cut blades.. )
And heres a comparison of HC growth from day one to today..

The hc lawn is trying to fill in nicely, once again i hope that the growth is more horizontal than vertical, last thing i want is tall leggy hc.
The dwarf hairgrass is also really filling in. Today I had to uproot some clumps to move them and make room for stem plants, well when uprooting i noticed that the clumps gave out plenty of runners. Not sure if its the whole setup or SMS that im using, but before the hairgrass never grew this fast.
The plant in the center, I am having doubts about.. the plant arrived in somewhat poor condition and after planting it and waiting a day, some of the tiny stems have turned pale and have rotted away.. If anything i will once again replace it with hc.
All the stem plants are now growing extra fast. Believe my next trim will be in 2 weeks or so and then will be able to offer some of the plants for sale here on AC.
Once the HC fills in more, I then will start to remove the extra plants like the riccia and anubias. Will also do something about the filter to make the tank look more appealing. And only then I will start taking somewhat of "pro" shots of the tank.
