Thinking about breeding some. I would like to know if any of you have used marbals for this and if it gives better results then moss?

i think java moss is good (maybe some floating AND as a substrate) for the sake of letting the little guys hide.

The last I knew glofish were a patented fish and breeding of them isn't allowed.

Why are GloFish™ the only fluorescent fish that can be sold in the United States?
Because fluorescent fish are unique, their sale is covered by a substantial number of patents and pending patent applications. The providers of GloFish™ fluorescent fish are the only distributors that have the necessary licenses to produce and market fluorescent fish within the United States. The production of fish by any other party, or the sale of any fluorescent fish not originally distributed by authorized providers, is prohibited

Breeding
Glofish are genetically modified animals, and patented by Yorktown Technologies, Inc. Intentional breeding of GloFish is currently prohibited.

HMMMMMMM interesting how old is the pattent. If they are getting up to the end of the pattent maybe I would still be interested. It would be impossible for them to stop you from breeding as you can recreate a patented item for your self you however can not sell it. If They are ending there pattent term This might be a ground braking opertunity.

Never mind found my answere LONG TIME OFF>

This almost doesn't sound right how can you patent an animal. Maybe I should start a law-suit. Its been a couple of months sence I sued anyone. I have won the last 8 suits I have started so I am on a role anyhow. Little bigger then I am used to as I usaly sue only those that will pleabargon to keep there names out of the public eyes.

Better clearify that I am not suing those just becouse I can it is only when I feel something is not right.

I heard on the radio not long ago that a genetic engineering company is attempting to patent a chimpanzee/human hybrid (75% chimp 25% human) intended to be sold as a worker (read slave). Any moral implications here? So far as I have heard this creature hasn't been created yet, only designed.

If your breeding them in your own house and keeping them in your own tanks who would know or care. You would not want to sell or give any away. Remember with reasonable conditions fish breed themselves.
