java fern too. Its called crazyglue and it supposedly is fast acting. So I just wanted to confirm if this is the correct way to glue them to driftwood and rocks? I read that you take the tip of the rhizome and put just a dab of glue on it and stick it on the wood, hold it for a few seconds to dry. Then just stick it back in the tank? Theirs no curing time or anything? It says it dries in seconds.

you literally need a dab. just enough to attach one part of the plant or moss. you want less because it turns white when it is wet (or what I use does). Also add it in a place that the moss will grow over the glue
some people suggest changing the water soon after adding the glue in small tanks.

Why not tie with thread or fishing line like everyone else. Once it is estabished the thread or line can be cut off.

+1. Less permanent if need be and no way to do harm

Glue? Never thought of that, how does it dry if added to something wet? And it's not harmful to fish? I always use fishing line or thread.
