Good Beginner Fish?

yea peppered corys sorry i forgot and i thought of the thing it most closely resembled
Cories are always fun to watch. Just make sure that you get at the very least three of them since they like to be kept in groups. They are very social little creatures and will play better togather that way. I also think some colorful platys will work. There are a lot to choose from.They swim all over the tank and are very hardy fish so you will really like them.

tetras, platies, white clouds, danios, australian rainbows, cories I have them in my tank and love em.

Red Swordtails are pretty easy, havn't had a problem with them I'm a beginner and they've been great fish!
Gotta love my danios as well and neons although only right now I have danios.
scissortail rasboras are very hardy but not that exciting , i've got some i had from the beginning , survived ich and my inexperienced fishy cycling and a few other issues . stay around the middle of the tank .
