Gotta love ATT...

They always get the worst customer service ratings....and i agree with them.
Why i have Vz:
I had ATT for 3 weeks and then canceled service, it took me 2 years to settle my bill. First they tried to hit me with a cancellation fee, but this was right after they started a promotion saying that you could try their service for 30 days and cancel without a fee. $275
Then it never made sense to me how i racked up $285 in usage charges in three weeks when i was only able to make 25 minutes in phone calls and used 12MB of data.
Then they said I never returned the 2 phones they sent me (they said the first one was broken and that is why I never had service..no, there was just no service in the area where tehy claimed it to be). Then they sent me a bill for 2 blackberys...i dont even remember how much that was. They said they never received them, and the tracking and delivery confirmation meant nothing to them.
I got a bill for about $500 for 3 weeks of service, plus a bill for 2 blackberys.

Eventually everything got sorted out and i paid the bill..."accidentally" I paid one cent too much, so they sent me a bill every month for 2 years saying that. I wonder how much it cost them to send me those 24 bills? More than 1 cent? lol

I've had AT&T for almost 4 years, and I've never had a problem. I always call the customer service line instead of going the chat route. The reps are generally a little... "slow", but have always been helpful and helped me do what I needed to do.
