Gotta love craigslist

SCORE!

Hi, I have 2 very large aquariums that were left in my house by tenants. I will give them to anyone that is interested. I don’t know if they leak or not, I think they housed reptiles in them. If you are interested, let me know, I need to have them gone by this weekend as we are listing the house for sale. They are very large and require at least 2 people to move.

WOOT!

i 100% agree most people have no clue what size tank they own. i see people all the time listing tanks claiming they are 20-60 gal more then they are. here and there i find people understating the size.

i should post something. i am always looking on there for deals. i dont pay over $1 a gal with stand.

I never find any good deals around here. I just find the extremely overpriced tanks, like the complete reef setups that are like 55 gallons and the person wants $1000 for it.

Haha man, this is frustrating! I'm trying to find a tank, and everything is always so far away (what is it with aquariums in SoCal?)

Craigslist doesn't have anything at all. I guess I'll just have to be patient.

Looks like her idea of large isn't really that large. Hurm, I wonder if that's the case with most women? Anyway, looks like it's probably going to be a 90 and 75 or 55 based on the description she gave:
I'm not at that house right now, so can't measure them for you, but they are big, the larger one may be 4 ft long and about 2ft high or so and the other one is slightly smaller

Hey, I'm crossing my fingers for you that it turns out to be a sweet 120 (4'x2'x2'). That would be awesome! You never know I guess.....

I'll laugh quietly to myself if it is indeed 190 (187) gallons as I load it into my truck.

That would be dishonest... you should measure it and tell him the correct volume of water and then give him money accordingly...

whats this world coming to?!
