greech's Simple 40 Breeder

I don't know. Been considering a pair smaller fish like neon gobies.

So, what's up with you? Are you stickin' with it?

yeah, i think so.

really added up the yearly expense now that everything has been bought and it really isn't too crazy to maintain (maybe $600 yearly).

figure i can use tax returns and be fine.

still attempting the lights out right now (even put hefty bag on window)

gonna check in on it friday and see how we are.

didn't you have a pink watchman goby and shrimp?

Yep I did until the wrasse ate the pistol and likely spooked the watchman right out of the tank. Can't pin the watchman on the wrasse for sure but it jumped the night after the wrasse nabbed the pistol. So glad that fish is out of my tank!

Very happy to hear you're sticking with it.

note to self, no wrasse :-)

Thanks guys!

Newish firefish, scoly and blue/yellow/orange ricordia all in one shot! The FF has a some nervous ticks to him so I'm surprised I got him at all! Fish makes me nervous just watching him :). Everyone else seems to like him in the tank so he's growing on me :). Little worried about him and my rock flower. Thing is getting big and its really sticky! Didn't consider that unfortunately until I was on the way home with the FF.

Speaking of the nem, it got pretty active tonight. First time I had ever really seen it stretch out. Only lasted a couple of minutes and then it laid back down as usual. Video of it tonight just after the T5s went off and the LED bar was the only light on. My son is playing with the dog in the background so you may want to turn down your speakers :).

Finally got a somewhat decent pic of my porcelain crab. It never leaves this torch...
