ok in my 29g aquarium it was clear for awhile then it got cloudy then it became greenish cloudy. I scrubbed some algae and cleaned the filters out. It was still cloudy... then I did a 60% water change and cleaned the filters again.. it is cloudier than ever now! i need help someone help me!

Stop cleaning the filters out. This isn't nessessary as often as your doing, and it makes the situation worse. I'm not sure how long this tank has been set up but it seems like your not cycled fully...and this could be a bacterial bloom. Please give us some more info such as Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, pH levels as well as how long this tank has been running. :)

no... the aquarium has been running for year now and has fish. Should i vacuum it is it something in the gravel or what? Do i need to do more water changes?

p.s I dont have a testing kit..

1. Get a testing kit. It is one of the most essential fishkeeping items you can have, other than the aquarium and fish of course:p

2. It might be because you are feeding your fish too much. How often do you feed your fish, how much, and what?

I feed them 2 pinches of wardleys tropical flakes and i feed them ever night before i go to bed.

What sort of filter do you have in there?

and how did u clean them?

how often do u clean the tank?

It is a good diea to get the test kits as it lets ppl know if there is something going on.and a mini- cycle would show in the readings

Also, how long do you leave the lights on in your tank? If they are on longer than 10 or so hours, severe algae can form leaving you with a mess. Once you get those test kits we can help you more. Good luck...
