Someone wanted to see the inside of the canopy, I think for how we installed the fans? Anyways, here is the skeleton:
The actinics aren't up and the mesh isn't installed on the back or the top. The sides have interior panels...same thing that is used in shower stalls. The computer fans are hard wired and pointed to blow across the top of the water surface.
Oh and meet Scampi my new Scarlet Skunk Cleaner Shrimp. I was really nervous about getting him. Before joining my club I had bought a shrimp from a place I no longer shop at. The shrimp died within the first 30 minutes. We were given a partial credit towards a replacement and last week we tried another from the same place. It died within an hour. Came to find out they fibbed about when they had gotten both in (the same day). I figured it might be a problem with the source since their store is not known for being clean.
So went to one of my trusted sources and this shrimp took to the rock right away and is trying to seduce the tang into allowing him to clean it. Lesson learned...if stock keeps dying and everything you're doing seems right...consider the source or their source.
