Guppy Bully

I have four male guppies that have been together for almost a year with no problems until about a week ago. The smallest has started bullying the largest one! Now the one that is being bullied spends most of his time hiding behind the plants, and when he does come out, he usually get chased back by the smaller one. Should I remove one of them, and if so, which one? The only thing I have to put him in right now is a one gallon betta tank that I use for an isolation tank.

Did you get them all at the same time? If bought from a mixed tank, the ages could be different. What size tank and other fish?

I did not get them at the same time, and the one that is doing the bullying is the youngest. There's no a lot of difference in their ages and they have been together almost a year. They are in a ten gallon tank with two cories and one snail.
