That's not the problem--the problem is that I'd have to send it back to Gateway for repairs, and since I'm working remotely, without the laptop and it's software, I can't work. No easy way to get a spare, no desktop to work from instead, and even if IT would mail me a spare, the spare laptops are crappy. Totally crappy. Completely inadequate for the work I'm doing. So, it means I just don't get to run wireless, which really isn't a big deal.
If I could work wirelessly, I would end up sitting outside all day, and get a ferocious sunburn, I'm sure.
