hard plumbing

o, i wanted only the inside of the tank hardlined, outside the tank i dont mind all the flexible tubing and stuff, it probably makes it easier for me to maintenance.

ok, well that should work, personally i wouldn't connect the two, it will cause strain on both pumps and reduce flow and/or eventually one would overpower the other, use two sepperate pipes and cap them if you wanna make it look better, pick up a piece of pvc a little bgger than the caps and just slide it over the caps so it looks like they are connected. and who's gotta flip your tank?

o, yea. for grinding glass holes. i looked at hella vids, and tutorials, and they all have their glass flat/parallel to the ground, plumbing putty to make a little water puddle as lubricant/coolant....

yeah that's always the best way, be sure not to press hard, let the drill do the work, you can also just have a water hose running slow on drill bit the whole time if you are outside.
