Some suggestions here are going overboard.
1. Stresscoat containing aloe vera - Not necessary. While it certainly promotes production of slime coat, excessive amounts can get trapped into the gills and suffocate the fish.
2. Antibiotics - What for? There is no infection involved yet. Using antibiotics as prophylactic is inadvisable. You risk creating resistant strains of bacteria in the process. Not needed here.
All you needed are water changes. If possible, add a teaspoon per gallon salt. It will help enough to keep bacteria from latching on the wounds. With or without salt, the bottom line is you need to ensure the injury heals as quickly as possible before infections begin to creep.
