Ok So I have some pennywort in my 100gal discus tank. Pennywort is a cool water plant I understand but before i got the discus my temp was at 76* and it was thriving! Because discus prefer warmer waters I had my temp at 84*, I have since moved it down to 82*. I just checked on it today and theres nothing left! I had over 20 stems of pennywort some over 20"+ high and it was GEORGOUS! Right now theres nothing left, just a stump.... In less than 3 hours it went from beautiful to DEAD
. My lighting is a 4-bulb t5ho, I only use 2 bulbs because I have no co2. I dose every product in the flourish line, excel, comprehensive, trace, potassium, phosphates, etc except for nitrogen.
EDIT: the pennywort was flowering before BTW, It has since stopped...
