well as someone said above, guppies give birth every month. I have 2 females and 1 male. will it have babies?
 
Depends on the water conditions, I heard if some livebears undergo in some high stress or the water is not right they could miscarriage the fry. Correct me if imp wrong.

That is like putting to people together and seeing if they will have babies. Its always a possiblity that it will not happen. Sometimes you will get a male that just isnt right, or things just do not go, it happens. We can not say if you will or not. Are these the fish you have with your goldfish? If they are, you will NOT have babies. The gold fish will eat them. Again, I have posted websites for you to read and go through that should answer your questions.

Again read these sites as they should help you understanding guppies. After reading these sites, you should have a really good understanding of the fish and how to breed them.
 
ok then. thanks for all your help every vody... i will just but him in my breeding net with plants she seems to be doing fine and looking happy swimming there.. thansk again..
 
ack, I am one of these breeders that is against breeding nets. These things will stress out the female and will do 2 things, cause her to abort her fry or cause her to die. Sorry this is fairly common issue that happens with these things. It is usually best just to keep her out in the open and let her just give birth. If you only have the guppies in the tank, the fry will be fine as long as you have plenty of cover.
 
I find it hard to tell when a fish will actually start dropping fry. You don't want to put her in a breeding net too soon...she could be in there for a few days yet, and needs to be able to swim freely.
 
I just use the breeder net to keep the fry in, I net the fry out into the breeder net right after she gives birth, and I don’t take chances on loosing the fry.
 
I strongly agree, and feel breeder nets and breeder boxes are totally unnecessary. If the pregnant female is in a tank with larger fish, and you want to keep the fry, I'd recommend setting up a 10 gallon for 'birthing'. This is much more humane than those tiny stressful breeding boxes or nets. But beware! As stated above guppies can drop fry as often as once a month...give that a few months, and that's a whole lotta guppies!
