Im not going to name any names unless requested by pm but I'll detail my experience here for some feedback in regards to if what Ive done is fair. It all started over a month ago when me and my wife purchased an item from a lfs. Apon reaching the register to pay the item rang up about 25% over priced than the sticker price and what the employee gave us with the price written on it by them. So I informed the cashier who told me and I qoute "I dont do the pricing so its not my problem this is the price because the computer says so" after this the employee talked with another employee for about five minutes off topic before giving us our change before I demanded my change so I could leave. When I got home I called there corporate number to inform them of the situation. The person I spoke to was very friendly and apologized and assured me their local manager would contact me. Now its been a month and half with no contact so I went ahead and filed a complaint with my states local consumer protection agency as this isnt the first time this place of business has overcharged the listed price which is illegal in my state, I know the women I filed the complaint with because my wife is a retail manager and I was for four years in the past and am very familar with the laws in our state. After this I decided to again call the customer service number and inform them to cancel our store savings account, so I called and they cancelled it without a care for why I was calling to cancel the exact words of their representative was "Ok Ill cancel your account bye" and they proceeded to disconnect my call. I will not shop at this store ever again or any of their locations, and I will follow through with my states consumer protection agency on this matter and I'm glad I have personel connections to their office so this company receives the fines it deserves.
