How Big Should I Go?

After all the great feedback (thanks again) and much consideration, I am probably going to stay with a 90. The 4' tank seems to have much better overall appeal - the lighting is much less expensive, etc. And, I think with a 90 I will still be able to add a couple of groups of 30 schoolers (cardinals and rummies). Also, I think the jump up to 120 or 150 is a great deal more work (I currently have a 45) and may be over my head.

Question 1 - will 2 Eheim 2217s be enough for the 90?

Question 2 - Diffuser or reactor? And, which one?

Question 3 - Lighting - heavily planted is the plan. It seems as though all the 48" lights I look at have lunar lights, 50/50 lights, etc. I only want/need/require (I think) a straight compact fluorescent - 2 fixtures of 65 x 2, 260 watts total. Good for a 90? Any suggestions on fixtures, bulbs? (I currently have 2 Coralife fixtures and am very happy with them.)

That should help me get the ball rolling - thanks in advance for your feedback (it has got me this far)!

does it not depend on the size of the canister filters too? hehe id go for the biggest tank anyways lol. Hehe i can just imagine Niko with a huge planted FW tank... oh how that would amuse me :D
