how do you get a RBTA to detach

I had the same problem with one at my LFS so we directed a powerhead at it (it worked when I wanted to move a previous one) unforunately I didn't have time to wait so I bought the rock as well!!!

You can also just "tickle" their foot a bit to annoy them into moving. or...you could just buy the rock from your friend =)

ice cubes worked for me

it is like 50 pound chunk and there are 3 large ones and 4 smaller ones. they are in the front back and sides of the rock. it is pretty cool.

ice works sometimes. But it will go back to where it wants, so why bother. It won't stay where you want it more than likely.

yep i want it lol he said if i can get one to move i can have it. i think i am going to try this weekend but with midterms next week i might not have time. ahhh college life lol
