That sand is specifically designed for Marine environments so therefore I would stay away from it. White sand can be an issue in tanks for a couple of reasons. First off it shows all the waste from your fishes so if you don't vaccuum regularily you will notice it. Second most people feel that white sands have a tendency to cause your fish to look washed out. Darker aquarium subtrates are considered better for your fish to bring out the colours. The other thing with sand is that you will need to have some snails or other borrowing animals to move the substrate around to prevent anerobic pockets of gass from forming.
I like play sand pretty well. It looks great and the I like the fact that the brand I use is pre sifted and washed and I only have to rinse it a few seconds and it is clean. It sinks pretty well, also. I get mine at Home Depot.
But you are looking at needing atleast 3 bags and maybe 4 to get it about 2" deep in your 75g....so that would be like $60-80 ....So if you can get pool filter sand you could save a ton of $$$
