How many more otos can I add?

Hi! My Otos in my 20L are thriving, but I only have 2! I want happy otos! So, I thought, I should pick up a couple more!
I have:
1 Betta
6 Lemon tetras
2 Mollies
2 Otos
My question is....... How many more can I add without overstocking?

You're pretty well stocked now. Are the mollies a pair?

As in a Breeding pair? No........ my Female is, like, super aggressive. My poor male is usually chased around the tank. They are getting better though. I have seen them do something that resembled breeding, but, no. They are not a pair.

I'd add 2-3 more otos. Do you feed them blanched veggies and/or sinking pellets?

Um.... I tried pellets but they never get to them so i feed cucumber or zucchini.

Never met an Oto that didn't eat fresh greens add 2-3 more but up water changes.
