How much money do you think you have wasted on plants that did not survive in your tank? Just curious because I'm probably at around $500 in the past few years...

not much, maybe 50 dollars or less? I started out with very cheap plants and then once I figured out how to get the lighting and ferts worked out, I haven't lost any unintentionally since.
Haha well I have 10 tanks that I decided to do an impulse buy for and lost everything. Ever since Pressurized CO2 and good lighting, it's working a lot better.
im not sure i have lost any plants i have bought...though i started slow with anubia...now i have like 50 of them threw out 4 tanks..all split from my first and only 2 i bought..
same goes for all the plants i have..
oh wait!!! i paid 1$ for a hand full of frogbit i lost to aphids same goes for the water lettuce
so 2$!^_^
