How often do you replace your fish food?

I keep mine in the freezer, as well. So I'm sure it lasts a lot longer than food kept under the tank. Plus, I have so many different kinds that I rotate, it just makes sense to freeze it...and I just ordered a big container of freeze-dried brine shrimp to add to this collection. The Prime Reef/Formula 2 haven't been cracked open yet, as I pre-ordered them in anticipation of adding fish to my now cycling saltwater tank. :D

The freezer idea is a good one, and I'll prob. start using that for things I can't purchase in small packages...

It's not just about the food getting stale, from what I understand ALL dried foods eventually start losing nutritional value over time, especially after being opened.

I just like to ask questions like these so I can confirm that I'm not the only one that things about this stuff. ^^
