How to clean out Lysol ?

+1 on the salt. First clean.
+1 on the vinegar. Second clean.
+1 on the prime in a full tank coupled with a filter with carbon in it running for about 2 days 3 tops .
Then empty, fill and rinse with warm salt water.
Empty again dry out let it sit for a day fill and drop in a test subject.

Long I know but that's what I had to do way before I knew better...

ditto the Magic Eraser...good stuff!!!

Prime would be a good call along with lots of rinsing. Like scrub with prime then fill with salt water then drain then rinse like 20 times. Then run with carbon

Soap and water will do the trick.
Soap e.g. Ivory bar soap - Not detergent and no soaps with anti-bacterial additives.
Rinse well afterwards. Don't get paranoid about using soap. It rinses out very easily.

120 gal tank? A large canister filter at the minimum.

+1 vineger
+1 carbon
+1 saltwater
maybe try a baking soda mixture i did that on an old 55 and it worked wonders. i know there were a bunch of chemicals in that tank.

What kind of filter would I use? The o ly filtration I have for it currently is a 20 gallon SUMP.
i would just rinse as much as u can after cleaning, like 20-30 times fill and dump what ever you dont remove will have been diluted away
