congress is full of a bunch of morons led by that airhead pelosi. would'nt surprise me if it did get passed.

Probably not canada. But you never know, the government might follow along again. I know if this thing does pass it won't go quietly.
well, this is a piece of US legislation, not international.... so the only effect i imagine it having on canadians is that you wouldn't be able to buy or sell fish from/to americans...
