i am so tired of my fish dying.i have done everything i can for them and they keep dying true my tank is cycling and there will be stress but i have done everything water changes, water chemistry, plants, decorations everything to make them comfortable.i first started by buying a 5G hex eclipse for a betta and two dwarf frogs from walmart well they all died. Then i thought i would put my old 10G to use so i went out to petsmart and bought two albino corys and a lyre tail molly first the molly died then slowly my two corys have died within the last couple days.so i decided i would try again this time going to petco and buying a couple guppys (male and a female)ya well the lady there didn't tell me its 3F to 1M so the female was dead the next morning.i have bought plant bulbs and they have all rotted (more of my money down the drain:wall:)
i had also bought some killifish eggs when i first started from Thailand well needless to say they haven't hatched yet.i swear it's just one thing after another.well i feel like i have said enough (feel a little better:)).Thanks for hearing me out.

P.S. if you think im doing anything wrong please let me know me like i said though i'm doing everything by the books

Liquid test kit? What are you ammonia, nitrate and nitrite readings?

Please be patient with the eggs. Give them a few more days before they hatch.

Ask more questions if you have. It never hurts to try asking.:)

Don't give up!
If keeping lovely aquariums were easy, then everybody would have them. It isn't, so just those of us that are intrugued enough to keep at it keep them. You are here, and asking questions, so you are waaaaay ahead of the pack. Besides, when you get everything working correctly, you will enjoy it even more for having worked at getting it right. (like the rest of us did......:lipssealedsmilie:)

It stinks waiting, but it is worth it...let your tank run a full cycle then add the fish you want...really you will be glad you did. My Sis, went through this really bad, she just had a heck of a time getting her tank cycled for some reason..FINALLY she got it, she has had the tank now for about a year and a half, and laughs back on what she went through saying how glad she is for doing it...even though if she could of picked up a 55g tank and threw it out the window, I think she would have a few times!

Sometimes just talking about your frustrations help and getting others points of view, so you are going about it right, if after all this you still feel the same...I think I have room for another 10g;)
